**Type Role**: Educational Setting Campus Security Supervisor

**Pay rate**: £12.50 per hour

**Shift Pattern**:Monday Friday.

8am - 6pm - Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

8am - 8pm - Tuesdays & Thursdays

You will be an ambassador of the Company and Client to the public and employees therefore this role demands professional approach dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.

**Duties of the Campus Security Supervisor**:

- Leadership of the security team on site (3 Officers)
- Travel to other campuses as and when required.
- Act as main point of contact for all campuses to the Client and CGS OM
- Rosters and holiday / absence management.
- Development of the team and their training
- Dealing with incidents and following correct escalation
- Any other duties as required.

**Key Requirements for the role**:

- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of people.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage client requests effectively and to their satisfaction.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- First Aid certificated.
- Currently have or happy for an enhanced DBS to be undertaken.
- Proficient IT user.
- Door Supervisor SIA licence is essential for the role.
