Hatton Traffic Management is a leading provider of traffic management services across the UK. Established in 1976, Hatton has developed into a major force within the highways, rail and utilities sectors, working closely with our clients as a key part of their integrated supply chain.

This position is required to manage the local administration of our Amersham depot and ensure internal management and quality systems are adhered to in a precise and accurate manner.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Support operational team in adhering to management systems

Support operational team to ensure quality systems are accurate and up to date

Create and complete financial job cards for all depot works

Manage job card authorisation process in order to meet company’s invoicing deadlines

Manage clients’ commercial queries liaising with the Commercial department and operational team

Manage local purchase order system

Assist Purchase Ledger Clerk with matching supplier invoices with depot purchase orders

Support operational team in the collection and authorising of timesheets

Process accurate timesheet data on a weekly basis

Manage project administration as required

Arrange hotel bookings for depot staff and operatives

Provide general commercial support Commercial Manager, General Manager and Area Manager as required

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in People Management

Attention to detail and to accuracy

Focus on procedural requirements

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Very competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
