A leading firm in Luton is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor (1+ years PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of fast
- and multi-track litigated PI, RTA, EL and PL claims. You will prepare and draft legal proceedings from inception to conclusion. Where necessary, you will instruct Barristers to represent clients at hearingsand obtain formal advice over issues of quantum.

**Requirements**:

- Strong contentious experience
- Good client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice following the SRA Code of conduct
- Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
- Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
- Proven experience of handling your own Personal Injury caseload
- Ability to work closely to deadlines
