Office Administrator/receptionist

With a team of 10 dedicated employees, we pride ourselves on creating delicious and innovative flavours that delight our customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team and help us maintain smooth and efficient office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including filing systems, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Handle communication within the office and with external clients and suppliers, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and payroll processing.
- Monitor office expenses and handle minor purchasing decisions.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., ERP).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic HR and financial procedures is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a bonus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
