With the opportunity to work at Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression

Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming of retail customers, ensure till orders are being taken correctly and ensure the food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner, dealing with any complaints and liaising with retail stand manager re matchday operations
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising kiosk staff roles for the shift, customer queue management, completion of paperwork.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to lead a small team
- Able to drive sales and meet customer expectations
- Able to deal with customers/spectators
