**Job Title: HR Advisor**
**Location: Rugby**
**Salary: £26,500 - £28,500**
**The Role**:
Assist the HR Business Partner in delivering an effective HR service and solutions across all areas of the business. Providing full administrative support to the department, as well as covering generalist HR advice and duties.
**Main Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for non-Senior Leadership Team members on all employee related matters.
- Build working relationships across all staffing levels and providing support, guidance and training on HR
systems.
- Coordinate the completion of all employment contracts and HR on-boarding information required for all
new employees.
- Update and maintain HR systems and employee personal files.
- Advise and contribute to the continual improvement of business working practices and HR systems.
- Provide note taking support to Directors, Managers and Teams Leaders during grievances and
disciplinary meetings.
- Manage and/or support the recruitment of new personnel and attend and support the interview process
- Assist in sourcing and negotiating terms with recruitment agencies.
- Log and monitor training undertaken by employees and facilitate the review of training feedback forms
and provide recommendations and or improvements where necessary.
- Monitor key metrics, such as employee headcount, turnover, sickness and absence.
- Prepare monthly KPI data to be reported to the Senior Leadership Team at meetings.
- On time monthly collation of payroll information to be provided to external payroll provider service.
Ensure all payroll information and adjustments are in line with Company Policy and current legislation.
- First point of contact and responsible for dealing with all payroll related queries from employees and
external payroll provider(s).
- Assist the HR Business Partner in the delivery of the People’s Strategy.
- Be flexible in their responsibilities and perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the
general character of their job and their level of responsibility.
- Undertake overtime as and when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of data and information that is sensitive to the Company, in line with Company
policy and the Data Protection Act (1998).
- Take responsibility for their own career development including training and development to meet the
changing demands of their role/ business.
- Adhere to all Company’s policies.
- Take a proactive approach to managing their own and others Health & Safety.
