My client works within Landscape and Urban design and are looking to take on a Landscape Architect on a permanent basis in London. This is a great opportunity to progress your career in Landscape Architecture and join a friendly and collaborative working environment.
**The Landscape Architect will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Degree qualified in Landscape Architecture and CMLI or equivalent
- At least 3-4years of experience working in the industry
- At least 2 years’ experience as a CMLI
- Excellent knowledge understanding of all project stages and the design/planning process
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop InDesign and SketchUp
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team
- Ability to work and support the team when needed and coordinate with others

**The Landscape Architect role will involve**:

- Develop architectural visuals, concept designs and present them to potential clients
- Create accurate and concise working and installation drawings for on-site fitting
- Producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Survey and prepare existing and proposes drawings
- To communicate with the internal team as well as the clients
- Be well organised in running projects and ensuring timely delivery
- Attend sites as and when required in connection with plans, drawings, and construction contracts.
