**Role**:Senior Commercial Ecommerce Manager

**Location**:Homebased

**Salary**:Up to 60 K plus Bonus plus Car allowance

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty Business who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Ecommerce Manager to join their Ecommerce Team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with Amazon on a global scale as well as UK e-tailers to build and implement the strategy.
- Lead P&L growth, evaluating improvements across sales, distribution costs and fulfilment efficiencies.
- Source and develop new business opportunities.
- Negotiating and managing trade agreements
- Lead the delivery of strategic income goals by means of establishing and managing regional territory and direct reports.
- Train and manage direct reports to deliver monthly, and yearly, revenue and profit targets.
- Team up with operational colleagues to ensure reliable and outstanding customer success.
- Work together with the Branding team to improve awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong commercial awareness ideally within the Beauty and Personal Care industry.
- Highly skilled and well-rounded sales experience with ability to produce increasing market opportunity within the UK and the global Amazon business grow a territory, impact markets, negotiate and close deals.
- Strong financial and analytical skillset.
- Strong and effective leadership style, excellent speaker, critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Previous experience of online Marketing Platforms as well as an understanding of eCommerce platforms.
- A team player who is flexible to change, dynamic, confident and motivated.
