**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a number of CAS qualified**Mortgage Advisors**to join an incredibly successful PRIMIS partner firms Mortgage and Protection advisory business based in a home working remote Mortgage Advisory role supporting housing developers across the UK.
The network partner firm is keen to recruit a number of new advisors into their large family. We are specifically looking for experienced CAS advisors ideally with some new build exposure.
We are specifically looking for advisors based in the Midlands and North of the country.
The role is on the large remo team and is Mon - Fri no weekends
**The Basic Salary for the role is a fixed £2 4 ,000(guarantee of earnings for new starters will be discussed for upto 6 months) which we appreciate is lower than some roles out there, however, thecommission are a very generous 30% over a qualifying ratchet. Theachievable OTEof the advisors within this business isover£60,000 with top performersin this firmearning morethan £70,000.**
**Due to the low base we will pay a pipeline building support payment for up to 6 months -Do remember high base salaries in our industry generally mean woeful commission deals.**
**All leads are providedwith thisfast paced new build specialist.**
**The role is Home Working - you will be supplied with full IT set up
- Post Covid the role is still home working**

The firm are a top 5 Mortgage Producer across the 930 PRIMIS AR partner firms.
The firm offer advisors Customer qualification and full admin support leaving you to what you are good at - advising.
The mortgage panel is 90+ lenders and the protection panel consists of 15 providers with no commission loadings to the customers premiums ensuring the very best customer outcomes.
The firm is an owned firm of LSL Property Services plc meaning plc related benefits to include share ownership plans and other plc employee benefits
