Dental Receptionist

THE dentist Salisbury is very excited to be searching for a fabulous and dynamic receptionist to join our team

It is a full time position; 5 days per week; no evenings or weekends.

5.6 weeks holiday per year including bank holidays.

Customer service and reception experience required.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Your core skills in office and administrative experience will be essential in managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. We need you to effectively communicate with patients and staff, ensuring a smooth workflow within the practice. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk operations efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
