Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operative

We have a wonderful opportunity for a enthusiastic, hardworking, career minded person to join our growing company. You need to be prepared for early starts and working in all weathers. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and play a big part in the team, working hard will come naturally and you must have a can-do attitude.
The Job Role: Maintaining schools, commercial & retail park grounds to the highest standards.
Requirements: Ability to complete manual work, this role will include physical activity including lifting, digging and moving objects. Great team player & Good communication skills.
Daily duties include: mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, line marking, weed control.
Personal Qualities: Trustworthy, Passionate about outdoors, Practical attitude, Self-motivated, Hard working, Happy to work across multiple sites.
Personal Development: We will invest in you as an individual to enable you to play an important role in our team. You will be enrolled in recognised NVQ and industry related training courses as part of your development programme.
This is based on a rotating roster (working average of 5 days in 7 (full time), Tuesday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off) followed by Monday - Saturday (Sunday & Monday Off).
Location: Working from our Kislingbury, Northampton Site.
Applicants will require a DBS check to be completed.
