**The role**:
This is a sales and business development position responsible for leading EMEA distributors’ business in growing existing business, building brand awareness, and developing distributors’ organisations.

In this role you will report to EMEA Kao Salon Division VP and will closely work with Oribe EMEA Commercial Team to create and execute relevant sell-in and sell through strategies and activities, plan capabilities’ trainings and coordinate and plan distributor education/launch events.

In this role you will be also responsible for identifying expansion opportunities into new markets.

Key part of the role is to build lasting partnerships with Distributors via robust Join Business Planning process and staying close to markets and salons customers.

**What you will do**:

- Create powerful and trusting relationships with distribution partners and relevant departments (EMEA Commercial Team, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Lead annual Join Business Development Planning process
- Identify new distribution markets and channels
- Grow sales and strengthen relationships with existing distributors.
- Oversee development of promotional activity, new launches and overall brand growth.
- Enable Distributor partners to achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with the distributor corporate and field partners as well as key customers: salon owners and stylists, Retail and E-Commerce customers.
- Enable and execute new product trainings
- Lead execution of brand events
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all brand products

**What you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of seven years of relevant sales and leadership experience. Distributor management sales experience is required.
- Experience working with a luxury consumer brand
- Exceptional communication, presentation and training skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Compatible philosophy on leadership, work ethic and brand image
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence software and Excel are required
