An opportunity has arisen for a **People Advisor **to join our team to provide an advisory service to colleagues, line managers and employees across all functions of the business, and to ensure the HR function operates efficiently, effectively and in line with current legislation requirements.

Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will provide a generalist HR support and employee relations advice to the business on a geographical basis, ensuring legal compliance and reducing risk, as well as working with the wider People team to support the People Business Partner and working closely with senior management and their direct reports.

- Ability to build strong internal relationships
- Able to work as a team player
- Financial and operational knowledge
- Implementation, monitoring and control of projects
- Effective communicator and presenter - verbal and written, succinct and persuasive
- Ability to influence, challenging behaviours and ways of working.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Taking control of own development and making it happen
- Requirement to travel within and beyond region/ requirement for overnight stays as role requires
