**Summary**
My client is looking for an HR Business Analyst to support with a system transformation programme on a global scale in multiple territories. Reporting to the Talent Lead, the HR Business Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the programme has supportwith a focus on programme activities, design 'support & review' as well as operating models with HR and Non-HR stakeholders.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support detailed end-to-end design and processes for performance and talent
- Research and plan programme start-up requirements. Support the definition of and planning of launch processes and technical enablement areas
- Provide programme support whilst it develops its future operating model which will include an operating model transformation including Shared Services
- Support key decisions across key stakeholder groups.
- Working with the Talent Lead and other stakeholders to parallel run and test cyclical activities including UAT & ensure Flutter's policies and procedures are accurately followed within the pre-agreed timeframes
- Work closely with the technical workstream to provide operational and technical resources to ensure programme involvement and help develop internal capability
- Create documentation of content inventory and knowledge articles required to support roll-out and adoption of the new HR solution for work-stream
- Provide support in testing phases
- Support the handover to the HR Services team as part of knowledge transfer and upskilling for new resources
- Assist in programme plans adhering to relevant milestones
- Assist in researching new capabilities within Workday
**Skills and Knowledges**:
- Previous experience in a similar HR Business Analyst role ideally gained within a large, complex organisation
- Understanding of global HR disciplines with specialist knowledge of performance and talent management including succession planning
- Performance management reporting & analytical experience
- Logical, numerate, self-motivated, and eager to learn by nature
- Well organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proactive and ability to deliver under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Customer focused, ability to determine requirements, performance measures and initiate solutions
- Driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable
- Proven track record supporting planning, executing, controlling and closing programmes
- Experience demonstrating effective team player who supports team members by being resilient and enthusiastic
- Proven written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
