Role Overview: Our L+P client are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Edinburgh based team for a 6 months initial contract to drive HR transformation initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM, a strong understanding of HR processes, and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programmes.
