**Who we are looking for**:
An Anti Money Laundering Compliance Coordinator that will support the Company’s operation at our offices based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Anti Money Laundering Compliance management team, you will aid the day-to-day running of the team, assisting in monitoring internal compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist financing measures.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Enthusiastic and self-driven attitude.- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.- Strong attention to detail and thorough approach to work.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks to ensure daily workloads are completed.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple streams of activity.- React well to changing requirements.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating the day-to-day organisation of the department through completion of scheduled tasks.- Managing departmental mailboxes and highlighting potential work streams.- Monitoring the analyst’s work stack and delegating tasks to ensure deadlines are met.- Maintaining internal process documents and record logs.- Analysing and interpreting data.- Reviewing reports received by the department.- Liaising with other coordinators, analysts and the management team.**Want to become part of the team?**:
