Our continued success and business growth has opened up opportunities for Warehouse Operatives on Days and NIghts who are looking to be part of a successful team within the Home Delivery Operation in Tunbridge Wells

**How will you contribute?**
- Ensure all orders are picked and despatched to the customers’ requirements.
- Receive and put away stock in a timely and orderly manner with the use of MHE.
- Load and despatch orders as instructed in line with given targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that any issues such as failures, shorts or re-books are escalated to senior management at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure warehouse procedural controls and processes are maintained in line with the health & safety and good working practices.
- Must be punctual, reliable and committed to achieve daily and weekly KPI’s
- Working on your own initiative or as part of a team to ensure all orders are completed.

**What will you bring?**
- Experience of working within a warehouse environment.
- Bringing determination and a passion for customer service
- A can-do attitude and focus to be an effective team member
- Ability to work on your own initiative, working to strict deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure documentation / deliveries are correct and error free
- To be responsible for the health and safety of yourself and other colleagues by adhering to safe working practices
- Must be adaptable to assist in all areas of the warehouse with a flexible team-based approach
- Must be punctual, reliable and committed to achieve daily and weekly KPI’s
- Ideally possessing a reach truck license.
