**About us**

360 Waste Management is a privately owned commercial waste management company providing recycling and environmentally friendly waste management services throughout London, Kent and Essex and surrounding areas.

360 Recycling London Ltd are looking for an applicant for the role of Waste Clearance Operative/Van Driver/Yard Operative.

The role will involve collection and disposal of waste from clearance jobs, delivering and collection of waste wheelie bins to and from customer sites, and yard operative.

The role will be based from our yard in Goudhurst, Kent.

A full driving licence is required and the ability to drive transit sized vans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect waste materials from designated areas and load them onto waste collection vans.
- Operate waste collection vans to transport waste materials to designated disposal sites.
- Ensure compliance with waste management regulations and guidelines.
- Sort and separate recyclable materials from general waste.
- Delivery and collection of waste wheelie bins to and from customer sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard with an element of stock control of wheelie bins and spare parts.

Qualifications:

- Valid driving licence.
- Experience as a van driver, warehouse worker, delivery driver, or flatbed driver is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to drive safely and responsibly in various weather and traffic conditions.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
