We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock - including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for a positive and pro-active Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced team at our Frome site on a full-time basis.

Working hours**:Monday to Friday 9am-5pm**

Salary**:£28,475.20 per year**

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Warehouse and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the outbound shipment of finished goods to our customers. You will ensure that information is correctly uploaded, pick sheets are produced, while liaising with third-party companies to ensure stock leaves THG Labs on time and in full.
- Working with Supply departments to receive outbound collection notes in a timely manner.
- Ensuring headers, pick sheets and delivery notes are complete, accurate before passing to the Warehouse Team.
- Raising purchase orders on ERP system for transport costs ensuring costs are accurate against agreed rates.
- Liaising with external haulers to ensure transport is booked and arrives a the required time and site.
- Working with third-party warehouses for the picking and shipping of some finished goods.
- Completing full cycle of documentation ensuring correct electronic filing methods are adhered to.
- Raising intersite transfers within ERP systems to allow physical and systemic movement of goods around the multiple warehouses.
- Any other admin tasks as required by warehouse management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a similar role - preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- The ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload
- To be able to communicate effectively & positively with all Colleagues, Team Leaders, Managers and Third Party Customers.
