Are you looking for a new role within Affiliate Marketing for an award-winning Independent Performance agency, who have a real passion for Digital?

As the Affiliate Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all Affiliate activity across the team, and you will be leading on strategy. You will have the opportunity to fast track to a Head of Affiliate position in this role

The Role:

- Responsible for overseeing client Affiliate programs.
- Responsible for recruiting new Affiliates and retaining existing Affiliates.
- Responsible for managing client relationships through, performance updates, meetings, and presentations.
- Responsible for growing clients Affiliate programs through tactics such as offers and recruitment strategies.
- Responsible for managing 2 Managers.
- 3 years plus experience running and managing Affiliate programs.
- Experienced in understanding the Affiliate marketplace.
- Experienced in managing various deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
- Experienced in managing relationships with, clients, partners, and publishers.
- Experienced in managing or supporting team members.
