Our client is looking for an ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company blazing new trails in the manufacturing domain.

**The role**

As a Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be highly valued for your expertise - your knowledge and financial advice will be utilised to provide a strategic direction for the overall business strategy, driving cost reduction and implementing operational objectivesto achieve year-on-year growth. You’ll craft a results-orientated culture and lead a team of dedicated finance professionals to channel resources effectively and deliver on performance targets.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Being an active member of the leadership team
- Supporting the business to achieve annual objectives
- Designing, establishing, and maintaining an organisational structure
- Generating strategy deployment processes and problem-solving techniques
- Producing budgets, forecasts and KPIs
- Providing accurate monthly reports
- Adhering to corporate governance requirements and global best practices

**The requirements**
- You’ll be ACA or CIMA qualified with strong financial experience in a manufacturing company, as well as: _
- Degree educated in Accounting (MBA is desirable)
- Experience operating in a multi-company environment at the board level
- Knowledge of US accounting practices, with experience working within a global US owned business, is desirable
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects
- Analytical and detail-orientated
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Able to lead, motivate and inspire a team of sales individuals
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, driven and results-orientated
