Fraser Carver are working with a rapidly expanding Financial Services company in the East Midlands who are looking for a talented Search Marketing Manager to join their Digital Marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and with one direct report, you will be teamed alongside CRO, content and data specialists, with the aim of driving forward our digital strategy. You will help us as we step in a 'total search’ paradigm, shiftingfocus from a siloed PPC and SEO approach. You will be an expert in optimising all paid acquisition channels, with a keen eye for results and the knowledge and skill to be able to make recommendations on the best approach for ad account structure and spendstrategy. Delivery of the SEO strategy will also fall within this role, driving including increased rankings and traffic / leads uplift. But the most important part is now merging these channels and knowing where we can push harder, where we need to pay andwhere can led organic take the lead.

You’ll be comfortable working with GA (UA) and GA4, as well as SEM Rush and AHRefs.

You will play an integral role in the success of our digital marketing strategy and be part of the story in driving high quality leads across our network.

**Experience required**:

- Proven experience of managing performance targeted PPC accounts (ideally 3+ years), demonstrating growth and cost optimisation
- Experience of using bid management technology (eg. Search Ads 360)
- Highly numerical and proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics / Search Console and other SEO reporting platforms e.g. ahrefs, SEM Rush etc
- Proven experience in driving organic growth and performance - in terms of rankings, traffic and conversions
- The ability to combine, interpret and present data from multiple sources and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong expertise with Google Analytics. - including GA4
- Experience using Power BI, Data Studio or similar.

This role had a hybrid working model including 3 days per week in Derby and 2 from home.
