We are looking for a Talent & Broadcast Coordinator to join our team in Chiswick, West London, it’s a fast paced and diverse role. This role will be the administrative and scheduling support for our Talent and Broadcast teams.

You will actively support our Broadcast Scheduling Team and help with the daily management of our broadcasting scheduling system, ScheduAll. You will be responsible for managing and organising the schedule for the specialist Guest Presenter and communicating this in advance to the relevant departments.

In addition, you will work with our Presenter Performance Manager to ensure that we can actively support and manage the presenter sample process. You will organise and coordinate meetings and arrange travel and accommodation for the department for UK and oversees travel.

There’s a lot to get excited about as the role is really varied and you will get to liaise with staff from all around our diverse business.

**Talent & Broadcast Coordinator**:
This role will involve coordinating a large team of people so you will be highly organised and be able to prioritise to hit deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to interact with a wide variety of internal and external clients. You will have a good level of computer literacy including using databases and Microsoft office packages. You will have a flexible approach to work with the ability to adjust to a constantly changing and fast paced live TV environment.
