Communication and Relationships Skills To continually review processes, procedures, materials for suitability and effectiveness, and seek to evolve and improve performance through sharing best practice and innovation. To ensure all incidents within administration and performance teams are reviewed, managed and actions plans to address are developed. Maintain an open and honest culture where all staff are aware of expectations and are able to put forward and develop ideas for service improvement. Manage risks and issues relating the quality measures, escalating risks and appropriate.
To actively engage in service improvement by reflecting on and developing own practice. To give constructive feedback regarding the improvement of services to the appropriate person(s). Develop/update network wide policies and procedures in relation to new ways of working. To lead organisational change activities including consultations on contentious issues.
