You may recognise some of our well-known brands like Buchanans. Millions and Pounders. We are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join our dynamic finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Closely monitoring outstanding debt to make sure that customers make payment within agreed payment terms
- Resolving customer account queries and reviewing held orders
- Allocation of cash received
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Recording and maintaining accurate detailed records on all collection actions
- Dealing with all aspects of cash collection including payment demand letters and passing accounts for legal action
- Monthly reporting
- Providing administration support to the accounts team.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in a fast-paced high volume credit control environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills including excel and word
