With our continuing global expansion we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic highly motivated and driven individual to join our Premium Billing team.The Premium Billing Analyst is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients ensuring that we understand what our clients invoicing needs are and the timely and accurate issuing of invoices. With our drive to be customer centric a large part of the role is to ensure that we help our clients to understand what we have invoiced them as well as investigating any issues.Main Duties / Responsibilities: Review and set up groups within our administration and billing systemInvoice clients in accordance with the agreed billing frequencyThis may involve an element of creating manual invoicesEngage with clients to build relationships and educateInvestigate any queries with invoices working across departments and IT if necessaryProvide reports on invoicing commissions credit control as requiredFollow up and report on outstanding premiums in line with credit control proceduresEnsure accurate and timely settlement of commission due to brokersEnsure all legal compliance and internal procedures are followedProactively manage workload to remain within turnaround timesMaintain accurate files for each client in respect of related products coverage and contacts.Skills and Experience Required: Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication skills1-2 years invoicing/billing/administration experience preferredEducated Higher Grade standard (Mathematics and English) preferredPC literate - Solid knowledge of IT packages including Excel and WordMust have excellent numeric and analytic skillsMust have excellent problem solving abilitiesAbility to work under own initiative and organise prioritise and manage own work load Attention to detail with high level of accuracyAbility to work under pressureCustomer focused with the ability to identify customer needsAbout Cigna HealthcareCigna Healthcare a division of The Cigna Group is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
