The **Health Care Compliance Specialist Janssen Pharma HCC ESO & GCSO** will support the Janssen EMEA Strategy Organisation (ESO) and Global Commercial Strategy Organisation (GCSO) in managing Health Care Compliance program transactions for the Health Care Compliance organization.
**The Health Care Compliance Specialist** supports planning, trainings, assessments, monitoring and other varied HCC program functions.
In this role, **The Health Care Compliance Specialist** will share time to support the Janssen EMEA Strategy Organisation (ESO) and Global Commercial Strategy Organisation (GCSO)
This position reports to the HCC Snr. Mgr. Janssen ESO.
**Qualifications**
Required:
- Administration experience required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills required.
- Strong ability to use analytical skills and work in a detailed manner.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing needs and implementing system or process enhancements preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in Compliance, Finance, Auditing, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory or Quality experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Deals well with ambiguity and demonstrates strong organizational, process and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Ability to work well in teams and effective time management skills are crucial.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**The Health Care Compliance Specialist** will work with the ESO and GCSO HCC teams on various support activities which may include but not be limited to the following:
- Developing, organizing, implementing, and tracking training, maintain employee certification and training attendance records.
- Carrying out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis, and reporting, collect and provide metrics to support the HCC program.
- Supporting new procedure and policy harmonization and implementation.
- Support the implementation of HCC Pharma Goals and Objectives, strategy & plan.
- Support the Third-Party Due Diligence process, assist in the red flag management process.
- Support the HCC teams in the Risk Assessment processes to identify future trends, risks, process gaps & inconsistencies impacting the HCC program.
- Support the execution of the HCC Monitoring Plan.
- Occasionally assisting in coordinating preparations for Testing and Audits.
- Support the HCC teams in managing day-to-day inquiries, unplanned deviations.
- Provide general admin support to the HCC teams.
- Lead or participate in projects.
- Improve working methods.
**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**:
BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of 2 years business experience
