This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality care and investing in the success of its managers. The Role As Care Home Manager you’ll take overall responsibility for the running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of person‑centred care while maintaining financial performance and compliance. Your leadership will set the tone for the home, creating a positive culture and empowering your team to thrive. Key responsibilities Ensuring high‑quality person‑centred care in line with residents’ needs and care plans. Leading, supporting and developing the staff team. Managing budgets, resources and occupancy to ensure long‑term sustainability. Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, Health & Safety and all relevant regulations. Building positive relationships with families, staff, regulators and the local community. Promoting the home effectively through engagement and local outreach. About You We’re seeking a leader who can combine care expertise with strong commercial awareness. You’ll bring: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent / working towards). Proven track record in care home management (residential or nursing). Strong leadership skills with experience improving standards and team performance. Confidence in managing budgets, occupancy and business performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
