Recruitment Apprentice

**Apprenticeship Duration**:18 months

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in recruitment and HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (preferred).
