We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Customer Services Coordinator** to join our team based in **Wilford.** You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

**TheCustomer Services CoordinatorRole**:
Managing a portfolio of customers, you will have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers which will also allow you to be reactive to issues you are aware of before the it becomes a problem for the customer.Providing excellent customerservice should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.
This is not a call centre environment, this an environment were customer satisfaction comes first.Taking the time to listen and understand what the customer needs.This allows us to stand out from our competition.
**Primary duties of our Customer Services Coordinator:**
- Deliver second to none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day to day queries around, orders, products and returns
- To be able to communicate clearly and can work closely with your Sales Manager.Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
- Order processing and fulfilment for assigned customers
- Process customer returns

- Able to keep calm under pressure
- Able to priorities and reprioritise your day
- Although being able to work on your own initiative is essential as you will be largely be managing your own workload, it is key you are a team player to muck in and support your colleagues at busy times
- Enjoy new challenges and be open to new ways of working as solutions to challenges are designed
- Excellent communications skills
- Enjoy dealing with all levels of people, both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent rapport building skills and be able to build strong relationships. The strength of relationships with your appointed Sales Managers and customers is a key factor for success in this role.
