**The Role**
As the Customer Service &Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include providing accurate service level reports within agreed timelines, analysing reports to identify issues such as forecasts, event management, transport, and order patterns. You will maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific supply reporting systems, utilizing available reports to enhance customer account management and maintaining scorecards.
Being the dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries related to sales and distribution, you'll manage customer orders through Armitage's and associated companies' systems, ensuring customer satisfaction. Identifying and resolving potential and actual service issues, you'll coordinate communication with customers and relevant internal departments. Active participation in customer and corporate initiatives, with a focus on increasing supply chain efficiencies and sales, is also part of your role.

- or post-delivery issues (complaints, queries, returns), and liaising with customers and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution. Proactively engaging with customers in the event of known or anticipated service issues is a key aspect of the role.
**About You**
We are seeking an individual with a positive and proactive attitude, thriving as part of a team in our fast-paced and agile business environment. Your ability to prioritize and manage demands from a wide range of stakeholders will be crucial.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for delivering a high level of service to both internal and external customers. A good working knowledge of MS Excel is required, along with strong functional capability, quick learning of new systems and tools, and attention to detail. Any prior experience in the FMCG industry would be highly advantageous.
