**The responsibilities of a Property Manager at** **haart Estate Agents in Nottingham**
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

**The skills and abilities you will require to be a Property Manager at** **haart Estate Agents in Nottingham**
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in customer-facing and/or administratives role if no prior property management history
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding customer service

**The Finer Details**
To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK _(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)_
- We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check

Holiday entitlement of 30 paid days per annum (pro-rata) includes 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with a day in lieu given back if employee has to work on a bank holiday.
