**About the role**:
Are you an experienced Communications professional with a proven track record of delivery? We have an exciting vacancy for a natural storyteller, working within the property services arena, with an ability to identify highly relevant, audience-specific contentto deliver business objectives.
As the Communications Manager you will lead the team to drive innovation and provide a first-class service across our client’s organisation.
You will play an integral role in managing the reputation and shaping our communications strategy across various audiences including tenants, stakeholders, and colleagues.

**What we are looking for**:
You will have a proven track record in the field, including experience in crisis communications. This may have been gained as a journalist or as a communications professional.

Ideally educated to degree level or above or equivalent demonstrable experience, you will hold a Relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Communications or Journalism e.g., CIM, CIPR, etc.

Effective leadership skills, with the ability to set objectives, coach and mentor their team.
You will be comfortable handling different communications channels, ensuring the right message reaches the intended audience.
You will have an understanding and experience of digital communications and be able to maximise coverage potential.
You will have experience of handling complex or challenging communications topics.
You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
You will be able to nurture internal and external relationships to deliver exceptional results.
