We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Community Development and Facilities Manager to help grow and thrive. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the centre, including facility maintenance, catering kitchen, meeting rooms and garden space. Develop and run inclusive community programmes and activities. Handle bid writing, business planning and financial management. Support and lead volunteers and staff. Provide governance advice and translate ideas into action. Qualifications Experience in community development and facilities management. Talent for building inclusive programmes and engaging local residents. Skills in office administration, bid writing, business planning and financial management. Experience in leading volunteers and staff. Ability to offer sound governance advice. What We Offer 30 hours per week role (potential to grow to full time, funding dependent).
