Crosby Composites is a leading carbon fibre engineering company supplying components worldwide directly into; Formula One, Motorsport and Automotive sectors. Through the continued growth of our business, we are recruiting for new team members across our sites. This is a fantastic time to join our business.

This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and an employee reward platform. Flexibility in hours is essential to ensure the role is successful.

A Project Coordinator is an integral part of our Projects team, working with our Project Managers and supporting with ensuring we manage our customer requirements, keeping the day to day projects requirements on track and ensuring we continue to deliver highly successful projects.

The role of the Project Coordinator is to support the Project Manager with their main responsibilities. A variety of projects and tasks will be set by the Project Manager and other management, which will need to be completed in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise and attend meetings on new projects with department heads to discuss manufacturing materials and methods
- Promptly raise quotes based on agreed or specified manufacturing materials and methods
- Precise communication of project details to Production Admin
- Schedule work accurately and collectively to ensure all timing requirements are met
- Liaise with customers about current projects
- Communicate issues and updates to the Project Management team
- Ensure projects set are controlled throughout and successfully completed to agreed targets
- Follow New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure departments have completed their requirements
- Set up, organise and update customer folders on company server
- Organise and maintain free issue / bought-in stock

**SKILLS**:

- Have an Engineering degree or the relevant experience.
- Have experience in a similar fast-paced/high-pressured environment - ideally Composites.
- Good communicational and written skills.
- Capable of handling more than one project.
- Capable of reaching set targets within a given time.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- High patience levels.
- Confident and highly professional.
