- Based at our contact centre in Armthorpe Doncaster; this is a unique customer service role as there are no sales targets. You'll purely be measured on the service you deliver, so you can focus entirely on providing a truly outstanding customer experience.

For this Customer Service Advisor role, we are looking for people who are as passionate about customer service as we are, and who have ideally worked in a contact centre before. However, don't worry if you don't have previous experience working in this Customer Service Advisor role as we are happy to consider people who thrive on helping people; whether this has been in retail, hospitality or care.
- We provide 3 weeks of in-depth, full-time, paid training to ensure you know everything you need to know to resolve our customer enquiries.**You Will**
- Give exceptional customer service by truly listening to the customer and resolving their queries
- Treat every customer like they are your first and only customer that day
- Navigate through various computer systems and liaise with other teams across Next if required
- Work to set Key Performance Indicators and Standard Level Agreements.
- Engage with customers and colleagues, creating a people-focused work culture.

This Customer Service Advisor role would be great for people with experience in the following areas: Call Centre, Customer Service, Inbound, Communication, Customer Support, IT Literate, Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre**Shifts**

We have multiple full and part-time shifts available:
- Shift 1: 4 on 4 off, 6 am - 12 pm
- Shift 2: 4 on 4 off, 7 am - 1 pm
- Shift 3: 4 on 4 off, 9 am - 7 pm (12 pm - 10 pm weekends)
- Shift 4: 4 on 4 off, 10 am - 8 pm weekdays (12 pm - 10 pm weekends)
- Shift 5: 4 on 4 off, 5 pm - 11 pm
- Shift 6: 4 on 4 off, 12 pm -10 pm

Additional Information- Please note, these shifts are strictly on a first come first served basis. (Plus and extra 4 or 6-hours flex-up shifts for 20 weeks during peak trading periods)
- You'll receive £9.37 per hour plus an additional £1 when working at the weekend
- You must be able to commit to full time training

**Essential Skills**

With previous experience in customer service (ideally within a call centre environment) you'll be a team player with excellent communication skills. Working in a fast-paced environment you'll be extremely self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail. You'll be up for a challenge and enjoy resolving our customers' problems so they're able to continue to shop with us.- You'll be a natural problem-solver with the ability to think outside of the box
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear, and friendly manner
- Have excellent literacy, numeracy, and PC skills with the ability to pick things up quickly
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service
