Geodis Contract Logistics are seeking a HR Administrator to contribute to delivering a seamless experience to all of our colleagues; in order to help achieve the management & organizations' goals.

You will be working within a fast paced environment, supporting the delivery of our HR function.
- Ability to follow instruction
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 office programs and good IT skills
- Ability to create & maintain accurate records
- Administration of starter & leaver processes
- Support the HR Manager with general administrative duties
- Ability to form good working relationships with other team members as well as developing & maintaining relationships with external colleagues
- Ability to liaise with on site recruitment agencies & ensure that SLA's are maintained
- Deal with invoice queries & reports
- Work to tight deadlines
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise
- Maintain weekly/monthly KPIs
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Great time management
- Great communication
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
