_Operations Administrator_
We are an ever growing National Commercial Cleaning Company based in Swansea South Wales, running for over 20 years. Due to further expansion we are looking to recruit another operational schedule administrator.

As the ops schedule administrator you will be responsible for the weekly planning for our remote teams of specialist cleaners. This is fast paced role, managing the day to day booking in of specialist cleaning for our clients. If you enjoy a fast paced working environment and delivering excellent customer service then this is the job for you.

**Duties**
- Manage client calls to book in jobs promptly
- Create rotas for the working weeks, for the teams of engineers
- Liaise with clients colleagues and employees
- Support rest of the admin team ensuring all daily tasks are completed(eg reports)
- Ensure all appointments are completed and SLA's are met
- identify issues and solve if staff are on holidays/sick
- Document prep for technicians site visits
- Provide weekly overview report for Accounts Department

**Skills**
- Minimum 2 years experience in the service industry
- Engineering background advantageous
- Experience of planning and creating rota's
- Excellent organisational & communication skill with a good telephone manner
- Geographical Knowledge of the UK
- Well organised, capable of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Good timekeeping and attendance a must

Hours of work are 37.5 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
