No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections. ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met. Let us introduce you to Sarah, Lana, Teresa and June: Sarah, Lana, Teresa and June are 4 ladies who live together. All ladies have different support needs and interests. Sarah likes to socialise and enjoys days out, shopping, going to restaurants, and having pamper days. Lana also like to socialise and loves going to concerts, going for meals and having days away. Teresa likes a more relaxed day, but very much enjoys going out and about. June also prefers relaxed day but will enjoy days out with staff and the other ladies within the house. The role is for a female only personal assistance due to personal care being involved in all the ladies daily routines. All ladies are support 24 hours per day which involves a sleepover each night. Sadly it is not always possible for Sarah, Lana, Teresa and June to enjoy what many people would consider "simple pleasures" without a dedicated support team. That is why Sarah, Lana, Teresa and June needs you Will you bring _your_ **best **so that they can live _their_ **best** life?
