**Job Description Quality Administrator**

Reports to

Quality Manager

Department

QA

Main purpose and Scope

As a Quality Administrator, reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the team supporting the administration of the Quality Management System, in accordance with ISO9001:2015

**Responsibilities**:
Duties to include but are not limited to:

- NCR Reporting
- Route Cause Analysis
- Conducting internal and external audits
- Supporting the goods in process
- Signing off goods in
- Supporting FAI’s to AS9102 standard
- Completion of works orders
- General ADHOC administration duties
- To undertake necessary training where required
- To take an active role in continuous improvement

- Diligent, articulate with good inter-personal skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Willingness to learn new skills with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Work productively, efficiently with meticulous attention to detail
- A sound knowledge of IS09001:2015
- Customer focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
- Willing to travel within the UK when required
- Basic understanding of reading technical drawings
- Adaptable to change

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.51 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
