New Business Manager

**About the role** As we focus on the next stage of our growth, we're recruiting for a New Business Manager to join our Customer Operations department.
As our New Business Manager you will be responsible for developing our newly created sales team. The perfect person is a result driven, super-organised and enthusiastic people-person, eager to work with big profile customers, evaluate budgets and determineways to simplify and improve the sales process.
You'll be an integral part of the team, joining us at a very exciting time - with heaps of opportunity to progress your career.**
**About you**:
- Develop & mentor a best in class sales team
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Coordinate sales operations and implement sales techniques that allow Superscript to not only meet but surpass our sales targets consistently.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new employees
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations ideally as a manager with proficiency creating reports, optimising processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
- Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent time management skills to maximise the ability to reach goals
- Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps
- Proven ability to drive, improve and shape the sales process
