You will be based in our Citizen information team. We're working on how DWP share and re-use citizen information as part of a once-in-a-generation change.

Transformation on this scale means lots of testing. We support vulnerable people, and deal with a uniquely large volume of citizen information, so it's really important we get it right. Our Testers use automation and leverage the best tools for the job tohelp us do that.

**What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?**
- API testing (public facing, internal REST APIs) automation tools like Rest Assured, SOAP UI, Postman or similar.
- Experience in the development of automated test suites and tools including Java, Cucumber, SQL or similar.
- Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery - Methodology and tools e.g. GitLab, concourse or similar.
- Experience in collaboration tools like Jira / confluence or similar.
- Knowledge of testing principle to be used in Microservice architecture or similar.
