Here at Ladram Bay we are looking for a new team member to join our maintenance team.

This will be weekend work as well as week days, earliest start time 8am, latest finish time 8pm in summer months.

This main role involves driving a tractor to site customers touring caravans.

Full time 40 hours

Full driving licence required

Experience driving other machinery would be a benefit but not essential e.g. tractors, trailers.

Capable to work well under pressure

Excellent face to face customer service

Be a great team player

Enjoy the buzz of being busy

Work to high standards

You must be able to work in all weathers

Have flexibility and willingness to learn

Duties will involve;
Siting touring vans

Daily park checks e.g. bins,

Hottub checks

Grounds maintenance

Pitch redevelopment

Landscaping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.70 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
