- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using various computer software programs
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent clerical skills including typing, filing, and record keeping
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries and requests professionally
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
