**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop the Cyber Security strategy for the business, including leading the approach to any risks
- Determine which standards, laws and certifications are required, or desirable, for the organisation in relation to Cyber Security; and own their implementation and management e.g., ISO27001, ISO27002, FedRamp and Cyber Security Essentials.
- Work in an empowering way, enabling teams to make good decisions with respect to Cyber Security and gain buy-in from the wider business.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Experience as a Cyber Security leader, influencing, inspiring, and bringing others along with you to improve the security of an global organisation.
- naturally driven and ambitious with your approach to developing for the future and identify opportunities to stay ahead of emerging risks
- Experience of the following tools/platforms: SIEM tooling, UEBA platform e.g., MCAS, Exabeam, Endpoint detection and response e.g., Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel-1, Crowdstrike
- Cloud service management and security integration e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS
