We are now recruiting for an Senior Account Manager to join a tight knit and highly successful team of IT Sales Account Managers selling an extensive portfolio of modern IT products and services, UK and now Europe wide. This role is to concentrate on Enterprise sales bids and come with full Telesales and marketing support for lead generation. You will be managing existing accounts and driving new business growth - selling a full range of modern IT equipment, projects, licensing, and cloud based managed services. **In addition, in this Senior Account Manager role you will**: - Research potential customers to shape and build new business - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients - Expand the relationships with existing clients by providing specialist technology insight that will help your clients buy the right technology that solves their business challenges - Serve as one of the lead points of contact for client account management matters - Serve as one of the key links of communication between key clients and internal tech teams - Resolve issues and problems faced by clients - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Maintain proactive outbound contact with every client - maximise profits and achieve sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and external partners - Work towards your targets through developing market understanding, building relationships and networking - undertake any training **Required Skills and Experience**: - Minimum 3 Years Sales Experience - Microsoft CSP Sales experience - Client Hardware Sales - Proven track record selling a range of IT products and services - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong IT Literacy: Good use of internet, office, any CRMs (Salesforce or similar). - Have excellent listening, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation abilities - Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and with potential new clients is essential at the higher end of the salary band.
