This is a **temporary**, IT Trainer - NHS role with a 9th Jan start date for a 7 month duration. The role is based on-site across various London locations and will include some out of hours work including, weekends and bank holidays, as theservice operating is 24/7.

**Description**

IT Trainer - NHS - 9th Jan start date:
Rolling out a new system (Epic) to the Trust - To ensure the Trust gain the full benefits of the new system they need to ensure all staff receive high quality, engaging training. They are therefore seeking a team of trainers who will become expert in thenew system (Epic) and join the team as 'Epic Credentialed Trainers'.

The team of Credentialed Trainers (CTs) will be the primary classroom trainers for all staff training; supporting staff with the curriculum, lessons and materials as well as assisting colleagues during go-live to ensure effective adoption of the Epic software.

Due to the training period Jan - March, the Trust will not be able to accommodate any annual leave longer than 1 week during this period.

IT Trainer - NHS - 9th Jan start date:

- Education/training experience or NHS clinical/operational experience
- Clinical, corporate, technology or administrative background
- Strong verbal communicator
- IT skills
- Organised, patient and calm under pressure
- Adaptability

- Empathetic, patient and respectful
- Digital savviness to be able to learn an IT system and translate that to others

You will be required to complete an 8 week Trainer Credentialing Programme which will prepare you for leading classroom training sessions and give you the skills to teach a classroom of trainees and knowledge of Adult learning methodologies.

The team leaders (Band 6) will be buddied up with Credentialed Trainers (band 5) and will provide that additional knowledge and experience of training to their colleagues.

Due to the training period Jan - March, the Trust will not be able to accommodate any annual leave longer than 1 week during this period.

**Job Offer**

The roles available are Band 5 Trainer and Band 6 Team Leader, both of who will work together for pre and post go live of the new system.

You will be required to complete an 8 week Trainer Credentialing Programme which will prepare you for leading classroom training sessions and give you the skills to teach a classroom of trainees and knowledge of Adult learning methodologies.

Due to the training period Jan - March, the Trust will not be able to accommodate any annual leave longer than 1 week during this period.
