**At Whittlebury Park we are looking for an experienced Estate Grounds maintenance & Events Supervisor to join our existing team.**

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

**Salary**:
**£22,000.00-£25,000 per annum depending on experience (40hrs) +** Overtime

**What will you do?**

Working mostly outside within the Whittlebury Estate, we are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic person to join our small outdoor events team.

The role involves setting up and operating activity days such as clay pigeon shooting and other outdoor events. A significant part of the role will be to set up and operate our seasonal event campsite throughout the summer season including the British Grand Prix and Moto GP.

A driving licence is essential and a trailer & Shotgun licence are preferred. The ability to drive farm machinery such as tractors & telehandlers is also preferred.
- You will assist with the planning and co-ordination of all outdoor activities across the estate.
- You will source equipment such as temporary roadway, generators and fencing as well as entertainment for guests.
- You will ensure that the grounds and equipment are kept to a high standard and be responsible for maintaining the equipment required to maintain the estate. Duties inclusive of all areas of land management including grass cutting/strimming to tree/hedge trimming and drainage work.

The hours of work will vary and can include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
