**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)**

The role of **Customer Service Advisor** sits in our spectacular Customer Service department where you will provide a first-class experience to our customers by assisting with a variety of queries. You’ll provide information about our products and services, supporting customers through their online ordering journey and assisting them with any pre and post order queries.
- Day to day as a _**_Customer Service Advisor:_**
- Provide first class, first time customer service and aftercare
- Taking ownership of customer contact, solving issues at first point of contact
- To process a variety of administrative tasks relating to customer orders and returns
- To take ownership of deciding the best course of action and escalating when required
- To handle customer data ethically and in accordance with GDPR
- Working from home, your shift pattern would be between the hours of 8am and 6pm with one in three weekend working

- Confident communicator - written and verbal, reflecting the tone of the customer and situation
- Ability to work at pace and to deadlines
- Ability to adopt new ways of working and new initiatives as they are implemented
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Self-motivated in a remote working environment
