Recruitment Administrator - Dungannon - £23-25K
The Role:
- Carry out the full administration duties within the recruitment and selection process adhering to current NI legislation and best practice
- Ensure collation of monitoring information for all vacancies and completion of necessary paperwork for the preparation of the annual Equal Opportunities Return
- Support the HR team with the onboarding of overseas employees
- Assist in the required collation and reporting of diversity metrics and statistics
- Update and maintain internal and external job boards and coordinate with recruitment agencies where required
- Collate recruitment KPI information on a weekly and monthly basis
- Schedule and participate in interviews with managers, ensuring offers and regrets are sent out in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Learning and Development team on induction schedules and assist with general set up and onboarding of employees where necessary
The Person:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience of recruiting within a fast paced environment
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Possess excellent planning and organisational skills
- At least 1 year recruitment experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Would suit someone with a Food manufacturing background or an HR graduate
